Arne Maus
H. Arne Maus works as management coach, trainer and consultant to large organisations. Arne is known worldwide for developing and training the Identity Compass on-line profiling system. He founded Identity Compass International in 1994 and continues to develop an international network of consultants who specialise in using the Identity Compass profile. Arne now dedicates his time to researching thinking preferences and enhancing the profiling system.
H. Arne Maus is author of the book "Herausforderung Motivation" (The Challenge of Motivation) and the main developer of the Identity Compass®
